30-Day Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at hello@binghamstore.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process above. Once we receive your original item, we'll ship out your replacement at no additional shipping cost.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@binghamstore.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and final sale items (clearly marked as such at checkout) are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item) or as required by law. Return shipping costs for other returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
