Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We're proud to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress to your door.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. Delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may be longer than the estimates above.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@binghamstore.com with your order number, and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help redirect or reship your order where possible.
